Flow & Glow Yoga

Flow & Glow is a Vinyasa flow class which means we’ll move quickly to fun music, sweating (the glow). It’s a good idea to take a few slower yoga classes and have a basic understanding of yoga poses before taking this class. Get lost in the music, feel your heartbeat, be in the moment with your body, and develop a healthy glow. We might even throw in a couple dance moves. Leave feeling sweaty and happy.
