What to expect:
fun, safe, comfortable, welcoming, relaxing "play"shop
simple yoga moves/stretches with journaling
custom workbook provided that walks you through the entire process
light snacks (feel free to bring anything)
guided meditation
vision board creation with all supplies provided
good music
What to wear:Â
comfy clothes, maybe some layers, pjs accepted
What to bring:
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. If not, you borrow one of mine.

Your favorite pen if you're one of those people that must have their favorite pen. ;)
A printer will be available, but if you have any specific quotes or images that you know you want to include on the board, you can bring those with you.
