we'll start with movement & journaling. a custom journal is provided.
guided by erin through the material, you'll gently move and journal your values & whatever comes up for you.
we'll end with a guided meditation and have time for additional journaling.
we'll then eat brunch together and get crafting! brunch & all vision board materials are provided.
