7. You Reawaken

You will take some time to reflect on your session with writing prompts. We’ll take a few minutes to talk about your experience, any insights that surfaced, and the next steps that best support your healing journey.
9. You Go Home and Rest
It's best to schedule your session at a time of day that allows for you to rest afterwards. If you're from out of town, ask me about comfortable accommodations and other things to do in the area.
